Overview

anmerko is a browser extension that turns website comments and screenshots into a clear brief for your AI agent. Point to what should change and describe it; anmerko includes the page URL and captured context with your feedback. Comments and screenshots are saved locally in your browser. No account or API key is needed.

How it works

1. Review installation options for your browser, or try the demo. The new anmerko store listings are awaiting publication; each manual download states the approved build’s current identity.
2. Open the website you want to review and activate anmerko from your browser’s toolbar or Extensions menu.
3. Choose Select Element, click an element, write your feedback, and choose Save. You can also add a page-wide comment with New Global Comment or capture a region with Take Screenshot.
4. Choose This page or All pages, then use Copy Prompt or Download Markdown + Images.
5. Give the prompt to your AI agent. If your feedback includes screenshots, attach the exported image files separately; Copy Prompt includes their filenames but does not attach them.
6. Review the agent’s changes and repeat the process for anything that still needs attention.
