Help with anmerko

anmerko collects website comments and screenshots to share with an AI agent. It targets Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on desktop, plus Edge and Firefox for Android. Edge is available from Microsoft Edge Add-ons on desktop and Android; Chrome and Firefox store review remain pending.

Get started

1. Open a website and click Extensions → anmerko.
2. Choose Select Element or Take Screenshot, then save your feedback.
3. Choose This page or All pages, then copy or export.

Common problems

• Will not open: settings, extension stores, and PDF viewers are protected. Refresh websites after updating anmerko.
• Missing comments: try All pages and the original browser profile/installation. Page scope matches the exact URL.
• Copy fails or images are missing: download Markdown + Images, extract the ZIP, and copy from comments.md. Attach PNGs separately.
• Save fails: keep the draft open, export saved feedback, free storage by deleting comments, and retry.

Export before uninstalling or changing installations. There is no import or automatic transfer of feedback.

The extension has no analytics, AI calls, sync, or automatic sharing. Read the privacy policy for details.

Installation guides and permanent approved manual downloads remain available independently of store access. Chrome/Edge ZIP installation is desktop-only; Firefox uses the signed XPI on desktop or Android.
